The OFI Graduate Program: Embracing Upcoming Graduate Engineers
We support our graduate engineers’ development by encouraging them to apply their university learned skills to determine solutions to real world challenges under the guidance and mentorship of our experienced Engineering team. Graduates are offered the opportunity to work across a wide range of projects, revolutionary technologies (such as OFI’s Real Time Support System) and experience firsthand the process of delivering solutions, from the point of inception through to final project delivery.
Our graduate program allows for curious and creative minds who can bring different perspectives into our company. We provide opportunities for graduates to work across a number of different sectors and disciplines, allowing them to gain invaluable experience and skills and to explore their potential and capabilities.
OFI’s newest Graduate Electrical Engineers, Isaac and Faizan are welcome additions to the OFI family.
Responsible for the production and testing of designs to specifications and current standards and regulations, Isaac and Faizan have already spent some time at both the Bunbury and Perth offices, learning from and gaining experience across various projects, developing their capabilities, capacity and gaining valuable cross-sector and multi-disciplinary experience. We are looking forward to playing a pivotal part in the evolution of both of their careers.
